| Description |
P-150 like its predecessor (P-125) is a
high-speed photodetector followed by a low-noise transimpedance amplifier. The
photodetector is optimized for 950 to 1600 nm input wavelength range. Maximum data rate is
12.5 Gbps. This unit is intended for laboratory use. P-150 is powered by
a wall plug unit (included). Data input is through an FC connector for
either singlemode or multimode input. The electrical port is an SMA type
matched to 50 ohms.
