10Gbps Modulated Sources and Receivers

CSI's modulated fiber optic sources are optimized for high-speed modulation up to 12.5 Gbps. The units are intended to be modulated by a pattern generator for testing the performance of optoelectronic components such as photodetectors and receivers. They are powered by wall plug units.

The 10Gbps broadband optical receiver model P-200 replaces our previous receivers P-101, P-130, and P-150. It employ a high-speed broadband photodetector followed by a low-noise transimpedance amplifier. The nominal operation speed is 10Gbps. This unit is intended for laboratory use. It is powered by a wall plug unit.

Encircled Flux Measurement

CSI's EF-400 encircled flux measurement system covers the wavelength range of 800nm to 1600nm. It has been designed for research and development applications and its operation is manual.

Variable-Load Fill-Factor Measurement

CSI's VL-200 system presents a variable load to a solar cell or other active source of electricity in order to characterize its power delivery behaviour. Its operation is software controlled.
